These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Better Markets, Inc. ("Better," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our investment platform and related services.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Meet accredited investor requirements as defined your local regulations
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Investment Services

Better provides access to private market investments through our platform. Our services include:

• Access to private equity / pre-IPO company investments
• Portfolio management and tracking tools
• Market data and investment analytics
• Secondary market trading capabilities

User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not attempt to circumvent platform security measures
• Comply with all applicable securities laws and regulations
• Report any unauthorized account activity immediately

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform to:

• Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Manipulate market prices or engage in insider trading
• Use automated trading systems or bots
• Share your account access with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Fees and Charges

Better operates on a transparent fee structure:

• No trading fees for buy and sell transactions
• No account maintenance or subscription fees
• Third-party payment processing fees may apply
• Currency conversion fees for international transactions

All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction.

Intellectual Property

The Better platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Better and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better shall not be liable for:

• Any investment losses or damages
• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Third-party actions or omissions
• Market volatility or economic conditions
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Regulatory requirements
• Extended account inactivity

Upon termination, you may withdraw your funds and close existing positions, subject to applicable holding periods and regulations.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Binding arbitration under FINRA rules
3. Final resolution by the arbitration panel

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
