Fees and Charges

Better operates on a transparent fee structure:

• No trading fees for buy and sell transactions
• No account maintenance or subscription fees

All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction.

Intellectual Property

The Better platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Better and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better shall not be liable for:

• Any investment losses or damages
• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Third-party actions or omissions
• Market volatility or economic conditions
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Regulatory requirements
• Extended account inactivity

Upon termination, you may withdraw your funds and close existing positions, subject to applicable holding periods and regulations.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Binding arbitration under commercial arbitration rules
3. Final resolution by the arbitration panel

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
